These terms apply to all users, including customers who place orders, vendors who fulfill orders, and riders who deliver orders.

2. Description of Service

Quyyi provides a chat-first platform that connects users with local vendors and delivery riders. Our service facilitates:

  • Request interpretation and vendor matching

  • Order coordination and tracking

  • Payment processing

  • Delivery logistics

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Quyyi, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for account registration and orders

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes

  • Not request prohibited or illegal items

  • Treat vendors and riders with respect

  • Pay for orders promptly and completely

4. Prohibited Items

Quyyi does not facilitate the purchase or delivery of illegal items, controlled substances without proper authorization, weapons, counterfeit goods, or any items that violate applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments and Fees

All prices displayed include item costs as quoted by vendors. Additional fees may include:

  • Delivery fees based on distance and demand

  • Service fees for platform use

All fees are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the issue. We handle disputes on a case-by-case basis, working with all parties to reach fair resolutions. Requests for refunds should be submitted through the app within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quyyi acts as a facilitator connecting users with vendors and riders. While we verify participants and track transactions, we are not directly responsible for the quality of goods provided by vendors or the conduct of independent riders. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Quyyi for the specific transaction in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
