By accessing or using Quyyi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including customers who make requests, fulfilment partners who complete requests, and Quyyis who help move requests through the real world.

2. Description of Service

Quyyi provides a request-to-fulfilment platform that connects users with local vendors, service providers, and Quyyis. Our service facilitates:

  • Request interpretation and fulfilment matching

  • Request coordination and tracking

  • Payment processing

  • Delivery, pickup, service, and fulfilment logistics

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Quyyi, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for account registration and requests

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes

  • Not request prohibited or illegal items

  • Treat fulfilment partners and Quyyis with respect

  • Pay for confirmed requests promptly and completely

4. Prohibited Items

Quyyi does not facilitate illegal requests, controlled substances without proper authorization, weapons, counterfeit goods, unsafe services, or anything that violates applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments and Fees

All prices displayed include quoted item, service, or fulfilment costs where applicable. Additional fees may include:

  • Fulfilment, delivery, or pickup fees based on distance and demand

  • Service fees for platform use

All fees are clearly displayed before request confirmation.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the issue. We handle disputes on a case-by-case basis, working with all parties to reach fair resolutions. Requests for refunds should be submitted through the app within 24 hours of fulfilment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quyyi acts as a facilitator connecting users with fulfilment partners and Quyyis. While we verify participants and track transactions, we are not directly responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by independent partners or the conduct of independent Quyyis. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Quyyi for the specific transaction in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
